Your questions, answered
- What size projects do you take on?
- From a single high-end room or shop unit to full commercial fit-outs and whole-home refurbishments. If you're unsure, send us the brief and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
- Do you provide a detailed quote?
- Yes. Every quote is itemised so you can see exactly what you're paying for. We'd rather spend time getting the numbers right than surprise you later.
- How do you keep disruption down on commercial jobs?
- We plan around your operation, protect finished areas, work agreed hours where needed, and keep the site clean throughout. Many of our hospitality and retail jobs run while the business stays open.
- Are you insured?
- Yes, we carry full public liability insurance. We're happy to share certificates before works begin.
- Which areas do you cover?
- London and the South East. We're regularly across the boroughs and the home counties. If you're nearby, just ask.
- How quickly can you start?
- It depends on the scope and our current programme, but we'll always give you honest dates up front. Get in touch and we'll talk timelines.
